Real Maldive 7-3 Mont Fleuri | Seychelles Championship (VIDEO)

Real Maldive FC displayed their impressive attacking power once again, securing a thrilling 7-3 victory against Mont Fleuri at Stad Linite on Tuesday afternoon.

Marlon Rose proved to be the standout performer, netting a remarkable hat-trick to further solidify his position as the leading goal scorer in the Seychelles Championship. His strikes in the 27th, 37th, and 91st minutes highlighted his clinical finishing and played a significant role in Real Maldive’s comprehensive triumph.

This victory marks Real Maldive FC’s third consecutive win, propelling them to the top of the league table. With an impressive tally of 24 goals scored, they currently lead the league in terms of attacking prowess. On the other hand, Mont Fleuri finds themselves at the bottom of the table, facing a daunting challenge in their bid to avoid relegation.

Firstly, what I wanted to share is that in the first half, we started too slowly. Then, we gained momentum and managed to score. In the second half, there were good moments for both teams, but we, Real Maldive, knew that we had nothing to lose. Our objective was to win that match and move to the top of the table. As you can see from yesterday’s match, there were some injured players, but the team spirit is very high. Now, our mission is to train even harder for our next game this coming Tuesday against LMS. We have nothing to lose but to win.

With Mont Fleuri having conceded the highest number of goals in the league (24 goals), shoring up their defense will be crucial for their future performances. Meanwhile, Real Maldive FC’s relentless attacking display solidifies their status as a dominant force in the competition.

As the season progresses, it remains to be seen if any team can challenge Real Maldive FC’s supremacy. For now, they sit comfortably at the top, leaving their rivals with an uphill battle to dethrone them.
